The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme Culture covers three types of support: individual mobility of professional artists and cultural workers, long-term and short-term networking, and artist residencies. The programme supports Nordic-Baltic cooperation projects in all fields of arts and culture, their preparation, production, presentation, and dissemination. It aims to promote the exchange of experience and knowledge, to build networks of professional contacts and to promote Nordic and Baltic culture and art.
